Sherry’s Bio

Sherry is a Certified Bowen Therapist. She has been a California State Certified Massage Therapist for over 30 years.

She attended The Academy of Health Sciences in Southern California and shortly after worked extensively with Physical Therapy Patients for ten years under the supervision of Don Swartz P.T.

She is also trained in Acupressure, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Sports Massage, Subtle Energy Work and Bowen Therapy.

Sherry intuitively uses a blend of techniques customized to your needs and what your body responds to. You will become more balanced, relaxed, and integrated.

“Even as a child I was always interested in health and the comfort and care of others. As a young adult I learned a few modalities for balancing and enhancing energy and the body mind connection. I decided to obtain formal training to learn how to utilize my new found information combined with facilitating health and well being in others. I attended the Academy of Health Sciences for massage training, and ended up falling in love with massage. I had found my niche.”

Sherry has facilitated inner movement classes using subtle movement breath, and elemental movement.

She is also a certified hypnotherapist.
